Availabilities
This is not an exact schedule, so please fill in our form to confirm available dates.
Reduced mobility: Building 7 is 100 m from the sidewalk, and the Grand Atelier is located on the upper floor of the building. There is a ramp and a passageway to enable people with reduced mobility to reach the entrance. The main door has an automated function. There is an elevator to the second floor and toilets on both floors designed for those with limited mobility. Please note, however, that we are not universally accessible. Some people may therefore need to be accompanied from the sidewalk to the room.
Parking
Bâtiment 7 does not have a parking lot. Visitors will have to find parking on adjacent streets. We do, however, have a drop-off point where you can drop off people or material near the building and then return to the street to park.
Liquor license
If your event is private (an event aimed at a specific audience, such as members of an organization or a family), then you won’t need a reunion permit if you serve alcoholic beverages without selling them. This applies to events of less than 200 people only.
If your event is open to the public (ticketing and/or public announcement open to all), then you’ll need to apply for a reunion permit, whether to serve or sell alcohol.
Les Sans Taverne cooperative microbrewery, located in Bâtiment 7, offers a beer sales service tailored to your needs. Write to them for more info: ventes@sans-taverne.coop
