Caractéristiques de l’offre
★ Les espaces dans notre phase actuelle ont une superficie moyenne de 500 pi2 (superficies exactes à déterminer);
★ Le prix varie entre 16-22 $ du pied carré par année, incluant un accès aux espaces cuisinette, salle de réunion, toilettes et douche, salle de lavage, la diffusion des activités, le soutien à la mobilisation, sans compter les innombrables possibilités de développement et de partenariats.
★ L’engagement se fait par un bail d’une durée minimale d’1 an;
★ Le Bâtiment 7 est un projet d’autogestion; les nouveaux groupes occupants sont donc appelés à prendre leur place à titre de membres actifs, c’est-à-dire à participer à la gestion globale du Bâtiment au même titre que tous les autres occupants et nombreux bénévoles.
Critères de sélection
★ Statut juridique / modèle d’organisation à but non-lucratif;
★ Caractère public des activités;
★ Activités en adéquation à notre mission;
★ Volonté d’intégration et d’implication;
★ Diversification et complémentarisation de notre écosystème socio-économique et ethno-culturel.
Priorisation
★ Projets issus de l’écosystème du B7;
★ Projets du quartier Pointe-Saint-Charles;
★ Projets en réponse aux besoins du quartier.

Features of the offer
★ Spaces in our current phase average 500 sq ft (exact sizes to be determined);
★ Pricing ranges from $16-22 per square foot per year, including access to the kitchenette, restroom and shower spaces, laundry room, outreach, mobilization support, not to mention countless development and partnership opportunities.
★ Commitment is through a lease for a minimum of 1 year.
★ Bâtiment 7 is a self-organizing project, so new occupant groups are therefore called upon to take their place as active members, i.e. to participate in the overall management of the building in the same way as all the other occupants and numerous volunteers.
Selection criteria
★ Legal status / non-profit organization model;
★ Public nature of activities;
★ Activities aligned with our mission;
★ Willingness to be inclusive and involved;
★ Diversification and complementarity of our socio-economic and ethno-cultural ecosystem.
Prioritization
★ Projects from the B7 ecosystem;
★ Projects from the Pointe-Saint-Charles neighborhood;
★ Projects in response to neighborhood needs.
